Pfc. Yancarlo Figueroa, a Moses Lake, Wash., native, now an M249 machine-gunner with 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, loads equipment being inspected and signed over to Task Force Harvest onto a truck at an inspection area here May 21, 2012. Soldiers with 170th IBCT are turning in all equipment on their property books in preparation for unit inactivation scheduled for October.
