ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 28, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Mesigah Bocco, from Omaha, Nebraska, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) deck department, uses a cable jack to lift the stopper into place around the anchor chain during a precision anchoring evolution.
