ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 28, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Francis Noel, from Pompano Beach, Florida, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) deck department, engages the anchor chain brake in the ship's forecastle during a precision anchoring evolution.
