Gene Kirkland, commander of the Air Force Sustainment Center, participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for Tinker Air Force Base's KC-46A Pegasus Campus. The single bay hangar in which the ceremony was held in is the first of 14 hangars to be completed, with a double bay hangar opening in early spring/summer of 2020.
