Trevor Dunn, a combat medic both assigned to the 44th Medical Brigade, reassemble litter holders in the back of a field litter ambulance (FLA) at Sierra Army Depot, California, during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, Nov. 2, 2019. The FLA is equipped with basic armor and is used to transport casualties from the battlefield to the medical facilities.
