U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

After a final speech and farewell to military leaders and members of the local U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart community, that he has gotten to know during his two-year tenure as sergeant major of both U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Marine Corps Forces Africa, Sgt. Maj. Ronald L. Green, outgoing sergeant major, welcomes Sgt. Maj. James J. McCook, the incoming sergeant major, as the witnesses to the relief-and-appointment ceremony erupt in applause. The two commands welcomed their new senior enlisted leader, McCook, as they bid farewell to Green during a relief-and-appointment ceremony, here, May 29.
