The floors have been polished and decorations are being set up at the dining room in the Zone 6 Dining Facility at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. This year’s Thanksgiving meal is a tall order. This year, U.S. Army Central is expecting to serve over 6,000 turkeys, 12,000 pounds of ham, 21,000 pounds of shrimp, 14,400 pies, 7,200 gallons of eggnog and 14,000 containers of whipped cream across the U.S. Central Command area of operations.
