137th Special Operations Wing Commander Col. Dan Fowler speaks with Tinker's Honorary Commanders during Partnership Day Nov. 13. The group was given a hands-on tour of various aspects of the Oklahoma City Air National Guard base, including calling commands and shooting targets in a simulator and exploring the FuT, fuselage trainer which is a C-130 Hercules that has been transformed into the only Air National Guard training aircraft for aeromedical evacuation. The group also received tours of MetroTech and the FAA in southwest Oklahoma City.
