The Pine Branch chief of police drags a prisoner out of his cell and turns him over to Soldiers who were concerned about his mistreatment. The Soldiers were engaged in a psychological operations training scenario at Fort Hunter Liggett, California designed to help them build trust among the village leaders and to keep the peace among different factions. Fort Hunter Liggett’s 80th Training Command (TASS) conducts a month-long PSYOP course for Soldiers and Marines reclassifying their military occupational specialties.
