U.S. Army Spc. Jaysen Martin, Sgt. Chandra Taylor, and Staff Sgt. Mac Winiarski, 3rd Battalion, 238th General Support Aviation Battalion, Michigan Army National Guard, receive recognition for superior performance over 500 incident-free driving hours during a recent safety stand-down at the Grand Ledge Aviation Readiness Center, Grand Ledge, Michigan, Dec. 7, 2019. During the safety stand-down, Soldiers were recognized for superior accomplishments such as incident-free flying and driving hours. The safety stand-down conducted training that protects and preserves personnel and property against loss and promotes risk mitigation in a safe and healthful workplace.
