Jay R. Perkins, an elementary school teacher from Cannelbury, Ind., establishes an early lead during the annual Rambo Run at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center June 8. The five-mile run helped raise money for post's Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program, a program designed to improve the quality of life of soldiers aboard the post, as well as giving soldiers opportunities to get involved in the surrounding communities.
