Local musicians Abacilar Simbine plays saxophone while Musician 2nd Class Michael Caracciolo plays trumpet at the Mozambique Musicians Association Headquarters. Carracciolo is from the U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band "Flagship," which performed at the association's headquarters, jamming with local artists. The band is traveling with High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) as part of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
