    191219-N-XK887-0838 DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Dec. 19, 2019) Builder Constructionman Benjamin Weinreich, from of Mora, Minnesota, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Diego Garcia, carries a magnesium float to the wet concrete, which fills in voids, levels, and smooths out spots on the tension fabric structure requested by the U.S. Air Force. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
