FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. – Staff Sgt. Baker, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 55th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, works to detach the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Water Buffalo from his Light Military Tactical Vehicle after arriving at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pa. Baker and other Soldiers from the 55th MEB delivered the sanitized water buffalos to the War College where Soldiers inspected them. These water buffalos were then filled at the Carlisle Water Treatment Plant before positioning them to support the residents effected by the outage at the Carlisle Barracks.
