SCRANTON ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER, Pa. – Command Sgt. Maj. Jon Worley, outgoing Command Sergeant Major of the 55th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, hands the colors of the 55th MEB to Col. John Pippy, the brigade commander, during the change of responsibility ceremony on October 20, 2019. CSM Worley was the command sergeant major for the 55 MEB through the transition of the brigade from a Heavy Brigade Combat Team to a MEB, while simultaneously acting as the CSM of FEMA Region III Homeland Response Force and Pennsylvania National Guard Task Force North.
