U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf (WMSL 750) crew members receive a hoist cable lowered by an aircrew aboard a MH-65 Dolphin helicopter hovering above the cutter’s flight deck while Bertholf patrols the Philippine Sea, April 12, 2019.
