A U.S. Coast Guard aircrew aboard a MH-65 Dolphin helicopter hoists a fuel hose and nozzle assembly from the Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf (WMSL 750) to conduct a Helicopter in Flight Refueling (HIFR) operation while the cutter and crews patrol the Philippine Sea, April 12, 2019.
