Soldiers from the 413th Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command move bags full of water used to secure portable decontamination tents at the New York Fire Department training academy before conducting a mass casualty decontamination training event Sept. 26. The training was part of a two-day consequence management event focused on mass casualty decontamination, CBRN reconnaissance and medical operations along side multiple civilian agencies in and around New York City and involved various scenarios including rescuing patients from a Subway disaster and decontamination operations at a local hospital.
