Soldiers from the 413th Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command team up to rescue a "victim" from a simulated subway chemical contamination accident at a special training facility located at the New York Fire Department, Sept. 26. The Soldiers are part of a task force of nearly 150 Army Reserve Soldiers who conducted a two-day consequence management training event focused on mass casualty decontamination, CBRN reconnaissance and medical operations along side multiple civilian agencies in and around New York City. The event involved various scenarios including rescuing patients from a Subway disaster and decontamination operations at a local hospital.
