200108-A-DM672-1003 ARABIAN GULF (Jan. 8, 2020) Sailors aboard the coastal patrol ship USS Hurricane (PC 3) board a Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boat to conduct a personnel transfer with the guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) during an underway in the Arabian Gulf. Hurricane is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
