A Coast Guard MH-65C Dolphin helicopter patrols the waterways in and surrounding the Port of Baltimore during the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the writing of the national anthem, "The Star-Spangled Banner." Ultimately, the commemoration is a salute to all sailors, Coast Guardsmen and Marines who fought gallantly against great odds in the 1812 conflict and those since, as well as being always ready to provide compassionate humanitarian aid whenever and wherever catastrophe strikes
