GULF OF AQABA (Jan. 19, 2020) - Boatswains Mate Seaman Ricky Adams, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), trains Seaman Balpreet Chatha in tying a knot on the fantail. Bataan Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 26 MEU, is conducting bilateral training in partnership with the Royal Jordanian Marines and Navy in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners and preserve freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
