GILF OF AQABA (Jan. 19, 2020) - Seaman Liam Winter and Seaman Jusiah Galbreath, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), handle a mooring line during sea and anchor detail on the fantail. Bataan Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 26 MEU, is conducting bilateral training in partnership with the Royal Jordanian Marines and Navy in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners and preserve freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
