Cal Guard Master Fitness Trainer (MFT) students from around the state conduct Physical Readiness Training (PRT) in preparation of the confidence course, part of the two-week MFT course, Camp San Luis Obispo, Dec. 2019. PRTs 3-part guerilla drill includes the lunge walk, shoulder roll and the Soldier carry.
