Cal Guard Master Fitness Trainer (MFT) students from around the state conduct Physical Readiness Training (PRT) in preparation of the confidence course, part of the two-week MFT course, Camp San Luis Obispo, Dec. 2019. The PRTs 3-part guerrilla drill includes the lunge walk, shoulder roll and the Soldier carry.
The MFT course, taught by instructors from the 1st Battalion, 205th Regional Training Institute, Washington Army National Guard, include topics like exercise science fundamentals, movement and coaching skills, plus tactical strength and conditioning program design.
