Kevin Cosgriff, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/U.S. 5th Fleet, along with staff from the U.S. embassy, listens to Kazakhstani navy leaders at the Ministry of Defense in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Cosgriff traveled to Kazakhstan to meet with leaders of the country's navy and Maritime Border Guard to discuss the U.S. Navy's assistance to Kazakhstan's budding maritime forces in the Caspian Sea.
