U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Ryan Rios, Lance Cpl. Yelix Panetofeliciano and Lance Cpl. Cass Cisnero, all with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, deploy the handline of the P-19R Fire Apparatus and conduct “wet-drills” refining their fire suppression skills during exercise Northern Viper at Camp Obihiro, Hokkaido, Japan, Jan. 30, 2020. Northern Viper is a regularly scheduled training exercise that is designed to enhance the interoperability of the U.S. and Japan Alliance by allowing Marine Air-Ground Task Forces from III Marine Expeditionary Force to maintain their lethality and proficiency in MAGTF Combined Arms Operations in cold weather environments.
