Capt. Erick Turley and Master Sgt. Rachel Semple, Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Victim Advocates (VA), 1107th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG), provide quarterly SHARP Senior Leader Training during a safety stand down at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Jan. 31, 2020. The goal of this training was to teach Soldiers how to intervene to prevent incidents of sexual harassment and assault. The 1107th Aviation Group, Missouri Army National Guard, is organized as a Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG), and is deployed to Kuwait providing depot level maintenance to U.S. Army aircraft across the Middle East.
