(Feb. 12, 2020) Information Systems Technician 1st Class Yuvnesh Pillay stands outside of the Navy Region Northwest Headquarters Building at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor who’s personnel he directly supports when on watch. Pillay is one of the few Reservists qualified to stand battle watch commander that maintains awareness of any situations and emergencies that occur across the region’s 11 states.
