Staff sergeants Sloan, twin brothers from the South Carolina Army National Guard, serve together as a sniper team competing against 19 other National Guard sniper teams during the 49th Annual Winston P. Wilson Sniper Championships held at Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center in Barling, Arkansas February 15-20, 2020. During one match, each sniper in a two-man team had a random hand bound with a glove and tape to simulate an appendage loss, and then had to climb into a truck and engage targets between 300-800 meters away.
