This is one of many events part the 49th Annual Winston P. Wilson and 29th Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting Sniper Championships held at Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center in Barling, Arkansas, which has 54 competitors from National Guard units across the United States and international service members.
