Rafal Jasielec, a scout sniper with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), provides aerial sniper coverage from a UH-1YH Venom helicopter with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 (Reinforced), 31st MEU, during a visit, board, search and seizure rehearsal aboard the Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO-199). San Antonio-class dock landing ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20), part of the America Expeditionary Strike Group, 31st MEU team, is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
