NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 19, 2020) - Steelworker 2nd Class Justin Harris, from Chesapeake, Va., briefs Capt. Michael Meno, commanding officer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, on the status of the Enriquez Street Lighting project on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 19, 2020. This project serves to increase safety at night for drivers and pedestrians. NMCB 1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
