NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 15, 2020) - Engineering Aide 1st Class Devin Watts, from Los Angeles, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, surveys the foundation of the Military Working Dog (MWD) facility project on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 15, 2020. This project serves to provide a safe and effective facility to house and train MWD's. NMCB 1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
