NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 15, 2020) - Construction Electrician Constructionman (CECN) Justin Pullen, from Elizabethtown, Ky., and CECN Ausberto Quirindongoarroyo, from Ponce, Puerto Rico, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, secure temporary fence lines for the Enriquez Street Lighting project on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 15, 2020. This project serves to increase safety at night for drivers and pedestrians. NMCB 1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
