Christopher Harrigan, native of Schenectady, N.Y., assigned with Underwater Construction Team TWO, Construction Dive Detachment Charlie, outlines his strategy for underwater welding during Exercise Cobra Gold 2020, Feb. 26, 2020, in Sattahip, Kingdom of Thailand. UCT TWO and the Royal Thai Navy are conducting a joint exercise in executing precision demolition for steel and timber targets, exothermic cutting and underwater welding, and to perform hydro-graphic multi-beam surveying.
