Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) raise their hard hats to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) after completing a replenishment at sea. James E. Williams is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Rappahannock is assigned to Commander, Task Force 53, providing fuel and supplies to U.S. Navy and coalition ships in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
