A sailor assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) watches the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) break away after the two ships completed a replenishment at sea. James E. Williams is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Rappahannock is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 53, providing fuel and supplies to U.S. Navy and coalition ships in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
