200215-N-SB659-1001 TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Feb. 15, 2020) Equipment Operator Constructionman Cameron Cook, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Tinian, oversees the offload of civil engineering support equipment during Detail Tinian’s embarkation to the island for future projects. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
