The 2020 Class of Honorary Commanders were inducted into the program during a ceremony Jan. 30 at the Sheraton Reed Conference Center in Midwest City. The group will get to see and experience various aspects of the Tinker Air Force Base workforce while learning how the jobs at Tinker ultimately benefit the warfighter. The individuals are paired with wing and group leadership to be able to experience a more integrated aspect of military life within the units they're assigned to while also touring locations around the base throughout the year. The 2020 inductees are, from left, Cindy Mikeman, executive director for resource development/foundation, Rose State College; Thomas Lewis II, field representative for Congressman Tom Cole, State of Oklahoma; Joy Hammons, founder/CEO Foreword; Jonna Kirschner-senior vice president of economic development, Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc.; Senator Brenda Stanley, State of Oklahoma; Matt Mullins, administrative aide to Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Bob Anthony; Agnieszka Rakhmatullaev, executive director Oklahoma City Philharmonic; Jason Constable, external affairs director for AT&T; Chris Moler, owner/president STAAR Solutions; Warren Johnson, owner AL Pharma Inc.; and Robert Manger, state representative, Oklahoma House.
