    Retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Raymond T. Klosowski watches an F-16 Fighting Falcon take off from the 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth, Minnesota on Mar. 10, 2020. Klosowski, who served as the 148th Fighter Interceptor Group commander and Commander of the Minnesota Air National Guard, flew the first F-16 to the Duluth Air National Guard Base on Mar. 10, 1990.
