    Crew chiefs from the 148th Fighter Wing pose for a photo with 148th Fighter Wing commander, Col. Chris M. Blomquist and retired Brig. Gen. Raymond T. Klosowski after a historic 30th Anniversary Flight. Klosowski, who served as the 148th Fighter Interceptor Group commander and commander of the Minnesota Air National Guard, flew the first F-16 to the Duluth Air National Guard Base on Mar. 10, 1990.
