A U.S. Marine prepares to plunge the icy depths of Big Sandy Lake, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin U.S. Army Soldiers and Marines participate in class 20-03 of Fort McCoy’s Cold-Weather Operations Course (CWOC) in the training area, January 28 through February 10, 2020. Students are trained to snowshoe, ski, how to use ahkio sleds and other gear.
