"One of the main Veteran crisis call centers is here at VA Candandaigua. Across the country, if veterans call the crisis hotline, those lines come here. Because of construction we've had to dig up, replace, and remove telecommunication connections and get them into permanent positions - and we had to plan it so we wouldn't drop a single call. It's been a significant effort."
