"I joined the Louisville District about four years ago. I was working with the team constructing the Olmsted Locks and Dam for a couple of years, which is another USACE Mega-Project like VA Canandaigua. It's interesting because all the same things that happen at a small project have to happen at a Mega-Project - just a lot more of them happen on a mega project. And there's a lot more stakeholders that have to be kept informed and brought into the mix."
