U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Noah M. Ballow, a Marine with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), receives the Navy and Marine Corps Medal during an award ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 12, 2020. This award is the highest non-combat decoration awarded for heroism, was presented to Ballow for his selfless service outside the line of duty on July 7, 2018, in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico. 3rd MAW prides itself on our Marines’ faithful service to our core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
