U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Noah M. Ballow, a Marine with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), stands with family memebers during an award ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., March 12, 2020.
