Soldiers of the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) perform sling load operations by connecting a rope attached to a Humvee to the cargo hooks of a CH-47 Chinook helicopter while a helicopter crew member observes from above to ensure the ropes are secured properly at an airfield at North Fort Hood, Texas, June 27. Sgt. 1st Class Bagrowski and Spc. Fluke, members of the 42 Combat Aviation Brigade of the New York National Guard, provided instruction and oversaw safety on the ground during the entirety of the training. The 316th ESC partnered with the 42nd CAB of the New York Army National Guard to conduct this training.
