Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert takes a question from a member of the press during a press conference to give the public an update on the status of Navy. During the press conference Greenert announced Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Rick West will retire this year and his relief as the 13th MCPON will be Fleet Master Chief Michael D. Stevens.
