California State Guard Col. (CA) Susan I. Pangelinan, deputy surgeon general, and Lt. Col. (CA) Bonnie Davis-Grunseth, Joint Medical Command commander, review a mission tracker March 25 at the California Military Department headquarters in Sacramento.
